    Connor Townsend

One player who I thought would be totally out of his depth with the step up, has come leaps and bounds.
In the early days last season, he looked scared to death as soon as he got the ball he to pass it teammates didn't seem to trust him. Then he finished the season well and has progressed.

Thought he played well yesterday to be fair, as did Bartley and Johnstone. Gallagher for me is the star of the future and reminds me of a young Mulumbu.

Sawyers awful, Grant looks unfit, and Kanu a complete waste of time. Diangana and Pereira need to step up their games and show they are Premier class!

Ivanovic works well with Bartley. Krov needs to be starting as can't believe he was on the bench for Sawyers and the only reason for it was Bilic wanted possibly more aggression - but you have that in Gallagher and Sawyers contributes nothing!

Ref should hang his head in shame this morning - w anker! Even bigger w ankers on Match of the Day for not really discussing the penalty decision as they should and saying what it was - cast iron penalty!!!!

Agree did well yesterday, as a positive takeaway in our last 2 games against decent sides we have looked well organised at the back. Just need a bit of luck to go our way now! That said as a club we would be bottom of the luck list, certainly in my lifetime!
