What I am saying WanChaiMiller is that we should have been looking at players to fill the position, i didn't say sign him, but thinking about it, a experienced left back is better than none at all, even if a division 2 player.

Looking & buying are different things Masborough, example you can look in a shop window, but it doesn't mean you will buy.
Look what Barnsley paid for a defender £500,000 to a lower league team Forest Green, we won't pay anywhere near this money, so will end up hoping to get loan players in, after other teams have their pick, our club never gets in first for a player.
Just like Grist said, player from clubs below us, or getting a unproven player from above us.
