So AG pursued a move to RUFC but then turned it down when we said we didn't want him

Yes that is his parent club Pip. He has been on loan to Cov but has been recalled by Wolves.

More than likely end up at Sheffield Wednesday. They've recently been interested in Pickering from Crewe.

Duane Holmes ( Derby County ) finally signs for Huddersfield Town.

Expect Derby County fetching some players in, after players finally paid their wages, which should have their transfer embargo lifted, Rooney will use his contacts to get players in.

Derby County fans have reacted on 2 different accounts about Duane Holmes transfer to Huddersfield.

One point was that Holmes had said, that he wanted to play in a behind closed doors game for Derby County v Huddersfield Town, a few months ago,because he wanted to return to Huddersfield, he wanted to drop it into Leigh Bromby, that he wanted to go back to the club, so they worked to getting him back to Huddersfield.
So the Derby County fans have been slating him off.

2nd point is that Holmes has returned to Huddersfield on a free, according to Derby fans, so if so, someone at the club wants sacking, there are different reports, of a free signing, a undisclosed fee signing, & a performance signing fee.
Fans saying Holmes was Lampards best signing when he was manager.
