    Deid - Argentinian Football Legend

Reports coming through that Maradona has passed away at the age of 60. Hopefully incorrect, but if true, RIP you absolute legend.

If everyone on this forum all lived to be 100 years old, collectively we would still not have had such a fulfilling time as he did.

Today is 50 years since Peter Shilton made his debut for England

    Nobody is talking about him

Maradona, the scurge of Shilton even in death.

    You couldn't make it up

    Wow, that’s a shocker !
Mexico 86 was the first World Cup I was really interested in ,was 8 at the time , it was all about Maradonna.
Abody wanted to be him playing fitba at school and even more so after the hand of God .
An absolute superstar in the era before all these snow flake fairies nowadays.
RIP , best player there’s ever been.

    Fixed that for you.

    Genius.

A privilege to have been able to watch him in 86 and in his 80's pomp.

    RIP Diego
