    Back on track..........

We'll be having a large Gammon Joint with honey/mustard coating (cooked on Xmas eve), a nice joint of Beef Topside and a Turkey Crown (can't be doing with the legs & stuff) but Missus likes to be traditional.

Plenty of cold cuts with pickles on Boxing day!!!

When I was growing up we always had Capon - not as dry as Turkey.

Been to Sterling meat company at Hellaby this morning for 2 full loins of pork, & 2 joints of beef, cut pork up into joints, some for the family, not bothering with turkey this year.
