tht's mental....as if??????
Burnley aside, we play the worst football in the league. If we managed to get 7th playing like this, the tv companies would be within their rights to demand their money back.
well, fo0king may as well be.
Interviewed by Brazillian media, he said behind closed doors, Newcastle are planning to "pinch a Europa league spot" this season. The club is aiming for a top 7 finish????
in what dimension is this happening in?
i can already see Bruce blaming the fans when we finish 17th

Great thread title, by the way.
thanks mate..
it just shows how dillusional our club is if they really believe we can finish 7th this season, we would struggle if theytook the current top 10 out of the league.
I understand Bruce is a nice bloke, has a great man management style , is easy to talk to and he does not practice tactics!
but for **** sake, i have heard the same thing about taxi drivers and blokes on the market stall
no wonder some agents and players are making noises. It pisses me off when the cranks in the media always say the fans demand too much and expect to be in the champions league , not a single fan i know believes this, yet the actual club or players are saying it and nothing is said.
We all know we are shlte, simply surviving will be an achievement this year.
am i being too harsh?
Not in my opinion. It's never been about league position, it's about how we get to it.
Under Fatso, we will never amount to anything but, with Bruce in charge, that unpalatable reality is made even harder to swallow by having to watch the utter shite he serves up...and if that wasn't enough, it's compounded by having to listen to not only Bruce telling us a load of bollocks that bears no reality to what we've just watched, but also having his buddies in the media back him up and have a go at us.
No, not too harsh at all.
He’s been doing stand up comedy on the pitch since he arrived
