I pay my licence fee like a good lad. I listen to radio 6 and read the bbc news online. I’m no Boris fan but if he scraps the licence fee then that’ll be a start.

A lot of people share Netflix.

They were meant to be cracking down but don't seem to have so far.

The licence fee isn't for the radio so it seems like you're wasting your money.

Licence is only needed if you watch or record live TV, or use the BBC IPlayer.

If you just watch Netflix, Amazon Prime, or the other catch up services you don't need a licence, although ITV Player is a bit contentious as you can watch live TV on that as well as catch up.

Netflix cost me an extra fiver per month on top of my sky deal and is great value. Just finished watching the Crown series 4. Bloody Nora.

    Difficult separating fact from fiction

I don't ever remember the Queen looking like a grinning cabbage patch doll

    Luv it.

Netflix is well worth trying Lincsmiller, even the standard package.

Imagine the audacity of the creators not getting the queen and a dead thatcher to play themselves.

Thing is there is a lot of newsreel and TV recordings available for that era so you would have thought that portrayals would be more accurate. Otherwise they run the risk of confusing folks like Wanchai on the historical aspects.
