My 8 Msps yesterday 're the lockdown in Scotland.

Quite a scathing response from the lib dems Mr Rumbles.

Only two have responded so far.

1 conservative and the above mentioned lib dem.

What is the etiquette about posting emails? Would love to know what you said.

It seems to me that there is little actual discussion about the principles behind covid treatment being undertaken in Holyrood. I accept Jason Leitch is doing a good job sticking to the medical line but the harm being done elsewhere seems to be massive. The virus does not kill everyone it infects but it is being presented as the most significant threat to life. I wonder if there is a greater harm argument that might topple and undermine this covid kills orthodoxy.

I believe that the way the Scottish Govt have approached the pandemic is wrong.

The use of the law by issuing what are essentially decrees (secondary legislation by regulation) by passing Parliament is wrong.

Unlike south of the border the Msps are prevented from voting on these decrees until after they have been implemented which is too late.

We have still not had a vote on the tier system, if we did I would vote no.

I am hugely disappointed in the opposition parties not holding the first minister to account.

Thing is if you listen to the MSM you would think there was no opposition to Herr Sturgeon......decided to ask myself.

So far, lib dems guys own thoughts (decent), one word answer from Kerr, Jenny Marra two sentences about nothing in particular, two detailed party responses from the conservatives, no reply from the SNP and an automatic reply from the other conservative.
