Watching Leicester vs Fulham when there was a penalty incident they played on for 2 to 3 minutes before it was reviewed & then given if Leicester had scored during that 2 to 3mins would it have counted.

No I don't think it would. However, I wonder if any red/yellow cards issued in that 2-3 minute twilight zone would also be rescinded?

Interesting question, considering that the fastest hat trick in the Premiership was under 3 minutes

Would also be interesting if the team eventually awarded the penalty scored in that period, had play called back and then missed the penalty.

Or the keeper originally destined to face the penalty gets injured in that 3 minutes when they are making the tea before reviewing the VAR
