Birmingham City v Barnsley Match Thoughts

Should be capable of getting something from this game in my opinion .

Whether we do is another matter entirely .

Turn up tomorrow night and play like we can and we should have enough .

If only it was that easy .

Going to be disappointed and asking the question if we don't .

A draw is the minimum for me .

Birmingham have the experience, they did a job on us twice last season and out muscled us with the physical approach. Under Karanka they dont have that same mentality as last season, they play a bit more football from what I've seen but have struggled for goals. However, they don't ship too many either.

First goal will be the key. If we get it, I think we'll win. If they get it, we are all too aware of our record when going behind in games

Very true Pass about the first goal and it's time that monkey was off our back .

The inferiority complex that I feel we carried for much of last season and sadly at the beginning of this appears to be leaving us so I feel it's right to call out the games I feel we can win .

This to me is one of them but we need to start well .

In our sector of the championship so the bar gets raised for me and I expect us to deliver .
