It sounds as if it’s how much the buyers want it and how long it takes. The English Písstake League (EPL) will obviously drag it out and delay it as much as possible and will presumably need the courts to decide. I reckon it needs to happen before the end of the season, without stating the obvious because three lost transfer windows will surely be beyond their patience.
