True, 2 goals, a red card and 8 changes.
Yes some were double subs, but they do one at a time as only got one board to show the numbers.

If we were winning 1-0, would have been 6 or 7 mins.

If it wasn't 0-0 at half time, I think he would have made a couple of changes as some looked tired.

Sometimes you have to admit you were beaten by the better team and that’s what happened.

We looked tired tonight that’s more worrying than the result.

Not much else to say, we're too dependent on set pieces.
We're not far off, need to do some wheeling and dealing in January. Next 6 matches I doubt we will get anymore than 6 points.
We are what we are, we are where we are.
I don’t think we will be doing too much wheeling and dealing in January, maybe none

To be expected really, 0-2. Positives.....Blackman did ok, probably best game so far, won't get near a pen... Miller, won't miss him on that performance. Icky will be back....Stick with 3-5-2....?

Negatives....Mattock had a double whammy and they score, but it was coming anyway....just not falling to us in the area......bad crossing or good defending???

Won't get relegated because of losing tonight......Saturday is a key match.....

Most of the players were doing high press on Saturday for 90mins.

When we have games every 3 to 4 days, the way we press means we are going to have tired players.

Why not make subs earlier then?

One thing is for sure, when we start sitting back we concede. Especially having a full half of doing it.

Or we could have just not turned up, handed Brentford a 1-0 win, not get a points deduction and be fresh for the next match!!!

but that is down to the manager to change things round to compensate for that! He must have seen how tired they were at half time or why bother going in to the changing rooms? A simple change in formation is usualy the way to go with such things and dropping in to a 532 or 4312 was so easy to do at half time.

IMHO this is where Warny should be earning his money and making the right calls at the right time. This is where Warny is tacticaly weak. Yes we may have still lost the game because Brentford are a very very very good team but at least give the lads a chance to get a result even if it was 0-0
