This afternoon at TECA. Very efficient it was as well. No foreign muck for me neither.

Saturday for me.
Feeling shytey since Sunday but surviving.

I was rough, well mair tired than rough, the next day
But by the following day I was pretty much back to normal.
Oddly my arm never got sair until two days following, but it was just a slight stiffness in the muscle.
