A good friend of mine was brought up a Dunfermline fan, yet in his mind he knew he was a sheep sh@gging b’stard. He flirted with going to the odd Pars game, cheered them on at the Tennets Sixes & the 92 League Cup Final. He knew it wasn’t for him though. It took a lot of courage for him to transition to what he was always meant to be. Is he any of a lesser Dons fan because of it? Some would argue yes, of course. I’m going to let that one go, on the grounds that it’s an old fashioned outlook. What I would ask is for people concerned about this is to have a right good think about it.
