You’d rather have us ruled by the English?

Obviously a nation that knows what it’s doing.

I’s rather have us led by a government and individuals who have a single clue as to what the **** they’re doing with the responsibilities they have, to be honest.

The constitution would be somewhere between 12 and 20 on my priority list as things stand currently.

I tend not to think of people in terms of crude nationality these days, and that includes myself.

    Fine
    All Europeans together.

It’s only one nation who stole that from us though.

I suppose. But post-referendum research showed that 36% of SNP voters, and 36% of Labour voters voted to leave on the day. That included my ex-comrade Alex Neil of the SNP, who when he openly admitted it, claimed that there were more MSPs - 4 or 5, I think, was the number he gave - than him who did the same.

Based on the outturn for each of those parties in Scotland in the preceding 2015 General Election (2.16m), that would equate to c778,000, in crude numerical terms enough to give Remain a vaffer-thin overall UK majority had they voted Remain. Given that the Labour percentage is likely to have been a UK-wide figure, that would amount to, in technical psephological terms, a hoor of a lot mair.

Unscientific, and E&OE etc, but food for thought.

    Just sayin.

    Statistics and mini-skirts etc.

    For sure, min.

I thought about braving it last midweek, just to see how the young fella’s getting on, and to see if he’s wearing Sandy’s cardigan in tribute. Life intervened, unfortunately.

I had the standard flu jab yesterday, but am ****ed if I’m going into any risky situation this side of a pre-Glasnost Soviet industrial strength vaccine.
