We don't really do moderation on here OC. Alto once every blue moon gets his knickers in a twist about something, but I honestly can't remember the last time any post was moderated.
If something really pi$$e$ me off I retaliate and have a go back, otherwise I just ignore it and read on by. Try it, your soul will be smoothed.
Norder, sinkov and occasionally Councillor Jim engage with really constructive and well articulated arguments on all sorts of issues and not always political.
Balan provides a constant source of amusement mixed in with some serious debate on Israel/Palestinian/Arab conflict.
Moves are a foot to add about another 50 members to this site and moderation will not be necessary unless Alto thinks otherwise.
Meanwhile, crack on and I am told by a "source" Charlie Taylor is ready to extend his contract and stay a while longer.

Too bloody true BT, politics impinges on every aspect of our lives, we can't just turn a blind eye and expect it to go away. You're quite right to point this out at every opportunity, until the scales fall from people's eyes about what's really happening, you keep banging away mon ami, I'm with you on this one.
It was always the case super. When Burnley were competing for trophies in the 60's many teams used to set their stall out to defend and frustrate.
I think the real measure of how exciting games are is the average number of goals per match.
here is a list of the average number of goals in each of the Prem League seasons. The lowest was in 2006-07 at 2.45 per game. The average per season seems to be around 2.60.

I couldn't find info for seasons before this, so I worked out the average goals per game in the 1969-70 season ( 50 years ago).
The average was 2.38 - lower that in any Prem season.
We certainly look back on the good old days with rose tinted specs, there were plenty of dire games then. But we remember these days fondly because the Clarets were a major force.
Going back further, during our "iron curtain" years, we were promoted in 46-47 with an average number of goals per game of 2.29.
The following season (47-48) we finished third in Division One with an average of 2.36 goals per game.
All these seasons produced less goals per game than the lowest ever in any Premier League season.

I only try to constantly remind everyone on the true values of socialism Supersub6.
To show fairness, to encourage class solidarity, foster socialism (obviously), and always demonstrate compassion, tolerance, and respect for everyone on this planet of ours.
Organize and shout from the rooftops for fundamental and real equality across all gender, religious and cultural differences, and create a bridge within all racial divides.
Corbyn’s old, but constant mantra beats Johnson’s notion of “levelling up” for sure. Anti-Semitic Labour Party my arse.
