As I understand it, its a differnt bid.
First was £500k in stages on appearances etc, 2nd was £500k cash up front, no add ons.

#Barnsleyfc VI says the prospect of outgoings remains likely before 11pm on Monday. Isaac Christie Davies and Patrick Schmidt are the two most likely to leave.
VI says he’s confident of adding a striker before the close of the #JTW. He spoke of having several options, both loan and perm. But in terms his principle target, he thinks it will be a ‘fight’ to get a deal done.

Isaac Christie-Davies has joined FC DAC 04 on loan until the end of the season.
The midfielder heads to Slovakia to link up with Bernd Storck, whom he worked with during a previous loan spell at Cercle Brugge while at Liverpool.
Christie-Davies will try and help the Dunajská Streda-based outfit to win the Fortuna Liga title, with DAC currently second in the league, five points behind leaders Slovan Bratislava.

Seems a good idea to get Isaac out on loan and hopefully some games under his belt with a view to coming back next pre season and staking a claim in the first team .
I'd be tempted to try and loan Schmidt out to a club in league one or two because I feel he's more advanced than Christie-Davies and needs his confidence built in England if he's to turn his career around here .
