bashing Bruce is a result of the fact we got beaten and played shlte and were second best to a championship team.

We get served this crap every game and it has become the norm

Even when we scraped through on pens against Newport County it felt at the time that we were on borrowed time. Whether it was tonight, one of the other semi-finalists if we’d bumbled through tonight or getting tonked in the final by Man City. Fûcking Bruce and his usual ‘we weren’t quite good enough’ interview to come...

Starting 11 was propably the best he could have put up. Yedlin has been shocking at defending before Bruce arrived.

Both fair points, but, don't you think that precisely because it was a strong team we should have done much better?

Yes, players can make mistakes, have off-games, etc, but the tone of the game is set by the manager in the way he sends them out to play. There was no energy, no pressing, too much hit-and-hope, not nearly enough movement and that all comes from how the team are told to play, from the mindset the manager creates and the spirit that engenders among the team.

He always will be awful and his subs bring on attackers fine but he took off 2 of the players who showed some fight Fraser and Almiron and left on his cloggers Murphy and Longstaff, Carrol is a waste of a squad number and a wage no other club would have resigned him.

I cant disagree with that. We started to play with higher tempo at 85minutes. But Bruce wont go away. Thats why I dont like Bruce out to be only argument.

Usually that the case. At this game I think he tried to go for a win.
