    Squad changes

Mowbray needs to be quite ruthless going into the huddersfield and make changes to the passengers we have.
Douglas,Holtby, johnson and Gallagher have had chances to redeem themselves and failed to do so.
Time to make changes and give others a chance to stake their claim to a first team spot.
Bell back in alongside with brereton, dack and trybull.
Only concern is that brereton and dack are not fully fit yet and carry a risk thrusting them in too soon but when your midfield looks as pedestrian as it has done currently things need to change.

I think it's time we binned this academy. For every one young player we produce there are 10 or so who wont.
And we have good young players.
Buckley needs to be playing. Chapman does. Butterworth. Davenport. Dolan. Bell etc.

The bloke who has taken us as far as he can instead brings in Johnson. Trybull, Douglas and not one of them have made us any better. But he sticks with them. Instead he refuses to play them and sticks with players like Douglas.

At least we aren't going down. That's literally the only positive I can think of this season.
