    Jason Knight on his way?

Is Jason Night on his way? Hope not but Burnley are interested in him.

Which suggests Sibley will be heading for Watford on the cheap, following the Irish and the blond model of the past

Probably...but just out of interest what would you price him at?

Using the bench mark of Bogle, who was probably sold for around £8m, it has to be more doesn’t it? On the other hand...if we had that amount would we spend it on Knight.

But if Burnley, or whoever, wait until the takeover falls through and we get relegated, they could pick him up for 25% of that. Its the Derby Way

It shows how far we have slipped when Burnley seem to pluck all of our better players
No disrespect to Burnley they are a small, but a well run club
Hendrick, Vydra, now their chasing Knight
We got a spent Shackell off them I remember
Lets hope some new investors can get us back where we belong and keep our better players

rA. Depends on the buyer. Burnley, Sheff U, Palace.... we're possibly looking at £10M max. A top 6 club then you can double that and add another £10M in add ons.

So...seeing as it is Burnley, would you let him go for £10m or do you think he’ll be worth more to us long term?

To me he’s done well, always gives his all and is possibly the most promising of the youngsters. Not sure he’s that ‘special’ tbh.

Simple, at this moment in time we cant afford to lose him, so stick a £20 million price tag on him and say, thats the price otherwise he is not for sale.

I disagree. If we can get a good price, then let him go and we can spend the cash on someone proven, we're not in a position to hold onto someone with potential.
