TBF, Bonnyrigg brought that on themselves last night. Probably a bit arrogant if I’m honest. Quite clearly they took their foot off the gas and assumed the job was done and paid the ultimate price. It was obvious when they started subbying their top players, likely with an eye on their upcoming top of the table, heavyweight Lowland League clash. With Kelty Hearts.

They absolutely did though. They were the better team until they scored, then sat back and soaked it all up. Then again, they were by far the better team in extra time until they scored, but again, sat back and invited the Fun onto them. Understandable but they only have themselves to blame.

Meanwhile, what a remarkable game last night. What an effort from the pub team. Hard graft, effort, work rate and fantastic attitude against a better, well organised team.

But to actually pull it off to come through 3-2 and actually win in the end was truly incredible stuff.
yer a genius James that cleared my hangover today perfectly

agree thats the thing when you play clubs of lesser standing. with the 95th minute equaliser i was dissapointed to see both centre halfs smoking, the left back having a p!ss behind the goal, right back still insisting Adam was shrek and the keeper already steaming into the jager bombs

And we did so much better against Kelty. Just proves these lower league clubs have their cup finals against us and even them across the road. You either seem to hump them or struggle badly never in between. I certainly don't fancy ties against the likes of Cove etc. You are always on a hiding to nothing against lower league teams.

    Oh dear indeed

Aye, ref adding 5 mins from nowhere saved their blushes as it proved

They defo rely a lot on Adam and his delivery which is very good, especially from corners and free kicks

Be a great chance for our supporters to back the team financially and buy the stream of the game. Hope they don't overprice it and put folk off.

The only good thing there mate is it now gives the Premiership a window to play games previously postponed.
