Irrespective of the quality of our team, I am concerned at the absence of passion evident from the majority.
I would, albeit reluctantly, accept a defeat against a better side, provided we showed the spirit and commitment expected in such a derby. However, post original lockdown, we have shown little desire in this regard.
Grosicki seems to be back in favour and maybe Snoddy will instil something ?
The press have reported that Grossi’s weekly money goes up from £35 - £40k per week with one more game. (Thus his absence of recent game time!) Big Sam wants him to stay according to the press.

I thought he was one player who came out of the Blackpool game with some credit, given he hasn’t played for a long time I thought he put a shift in. Playing him and Snodgrass out wide provides some cover in the wide areas in front of the defence. In this mould we still need a CDM, centre back and striker tho to have any hope.

Totally agree Prando! Grosicki is twice the player of Phillips and don’t mind losing as long as the fight, effort and determination is there! Gallagher shows it every match!

Sawyers, Phillips and Livermore need dropping immediately as totally useless! As much drive as a static wheelchair all three of them! Get in then a striker to replace Gayle who has never been replaced!!!
