    Groundhog Day

February 2nd (7pm) the date for the playing of the Derby game at NYS. Must be close to the same date as the famous 'Gerry Gow' victory over them 39 years ago.

February 9th (7pm) for the Cardiff game. Didn't we also play them in that famous February run?

    No date yet for 'Boro.

Just checked and if it goes ahead it will be 39 years to the day since the 'Gerry Gow' 2-1 win over Derby at Millmoor at the start of that 9 game winning streak. If I'm not mistaken we were in a similar position back then so the stars are aligning for a true Groundhog Day.

Was at the Derby game and if I remember both of Gerry's tackles were perfectly fair and not deserving of any punishment

I wondered wtf was going on when he went flying in like he did, in fact most of the crowd were totally amazed by his actions. Been brewing over for some time that tackle though.

    Neil Harris banned and fined.

Cardiff manager Neil Harris has received a one-match touchline ban and fined £2,000 after being sent off at Wycombe.

Harris was dismissed nine minutes from the end of Cardiff's 2-1 defeat on December 29 and accused of using "abusive and/or insulting language towards a match official".

A statement on the FA Spokesperson Twitter account said: "Cardiff City FC's Neil Harris has been suspended from the touchline for one match and fined £2,000 for a breach of FA Rule E3 that occurred during an EFL Championship match against Wycombe Wanderers FC on Tuesday 29 December 2020.

I wonder if by any chance the two re-arranged games in February will be on SKY. ?
