Big Dave is a great man manager, that’s his skill set. He gave our lads real belief after Padue at time when morale was rock bottom , but he just ran out of games.
Darren’s downfall was due to that idiot Jones who was supposed to be some tactical genius, but was far from it. It was he who insisted on the ridiculous formations and constant changes not DM.
Unfortunately his loyalty to his mate cost him his job. He should have been stronger.

That's why he should have started on the bottom wrung but Des got it in one - it was the cheap option from the Board yet again! After this season he will have been at Doncaster two seasons so you would have to say unless they are promoted this season - it won't be classed as success. I hope he does get them up though!
