Legal costs to fight this would be much more than the award. I think the person who got the money should have made some other arrangement to deal with her shopping. I know you are in the same boat Ross but I don't expect that you would behave in the same way.

The only concession I make is me and Mrs sunshine are both exempt.

So we don't shop together as it would attract the mask nutters and the stop and stare brigade.

But Mrs sunshine shops without a mask with someone who does so it ain't two maskless free thinkers 😁 together.

And the person Mrs sunshine shops with is also exempt but would rather struggle to breathe than deal with the hassle.

If someone caught me on a bad day and refused me entry for food shopping I'd have no hesitation in claiming against them unless they relented.

If someone owned a newsagent or something small and didn't want me in I'd probably respect that and shop elsewhere.

You can't discriminate on the basis of disability.....surely if people go along with the ridiculous mask rule they have to go along when the govt allowing exemptions.
