    Thank you, I shall be contacting Mr Oshea tomorrow. He probably won't even read my complaint and have some customer service yes person reply to me. It will make me feel better though.

    I am with goto.energy.

    Did it easily through a comparison site, it wasn't the cheapest but good reviews. Saving me around £20 month v Bulb

    Worth a try though, hope you manage to get it sorted for her. I once complained to a Chief Exec and he emailed me back himself on a Sunday afternoon, so you never know.

    Also .... Bulb don't have fixed contracts, you can leave without cancellation charges at any time.
