    Keogh again

According to the Mail, Keogh has successfully overturned his dismissal decision at Tribunal, with the club launching an appeal. Good for him in my opinion, but another unaffordable cost for the club to foot. We seem to be heading for financial disaster..

I'm not surprised, I always thought it was a dodgy decision, unless there was a specific clause in his contract. Especially so given he wasn't driving and those that were stayed at the club, a clear case of unfair dismissal from the outside.

That puts further questions about the judgement of Mel and the people working for him.

Its only the fail, but I see it mentions "no proof" of funds is holding the up the takeover, given the history of those involved in the takeover at Newcastle (admittedly the sums involved are far less here) I am less than confident it will actually happen.
