    Vydra off - King in..?

    Good shout doing the rounds,

Vydra off to the Cherries, King coming to us in a part/ex deal with us chucking a few extra quid to Bournemouth.

No official confirmation, but the rumour is gathering pace.

This could well suit all the parties. Fingers crossed the deal gets done.

BBC are saying Bournemouth value king at 16 Million for a 29 year old player with West Ham in pole position? What do you think, is the guy worth it and what we actually need? I know Vydra wants away so on paper could be plausible.

King would fit in very well. Apart from the FA Cup win against Oldham, when he started and scored twice, he has started just three other games and come on as sub in 8 and has been prolific in scoring NIL goals.

He was scoring in the Prem, just not delivering now, perhaps with 6 months on his contract he can't be Rsed.

His best season in the Prem was his second one in 2016/17. He has scored 48 in 161 appearances.
Compare Chris Wood who has 37 in 112 appearances for us and Ashley who has scored 40 in 170 appearances and thre is not much to chose between them.
