    Also played on artificial surface, but before the current technology had it's part to play. Despite that, the consistency and "repeatability" just makes "playability" so much better and given how are set up, how we play, repeatability of the play on suitable surface is what we need.

    Played on a few 4g pitches and very good not least the way the ball bounces. Think as spaldy was saying more knee and ankle injuries.
