    Covid jab

    Has anyone had it yet?
My father in law had his first jab yesterday, my mother had her's weeks ago.
My Aunt and Uncle had theirs this week.
All of these are in their eighties.
I have heard reports that 23 people have died in Norway after having the Phiser jab, but they were all in their eighties.
Will i have it? I don't know, i have always been wary of medicine. All medicines have side effects, even over the counter ones.
I never take anything for a hangover.
But the idea of the vaccine is not as a cure for Covid or even to prevent you getting it, but to prevent you getting a severe form.
I hope it works to take pressure off the NHS.
I was looking up viruses last night and they never go away, the Spanish Flu of 1918 is still causing problems in parts of the world and so is swine flu.
As of yet there is no cure for a virus, only relieving of symptoms, so I think Covid is here to stay and we will have to learn to deal with it?

It's your call Des whether you take the jab or not and no one else's business. When this topic was brought up on here a few weeks back the majority who responded to the thread stated they would not have it. Therefore to get those wavering folks to accept the jab the Government will say that there is now a more potent mutant virus around that will increase mortality

Only one virus has ever been eradicated, Smallpox, and that wasn’t a coronavirus.

It was eradicated worldwide but there are still two lab's that have the Smallpox cells.
One in America, one in Russia, now what could those two countries possibly want to keep Smallpox for?
I'll stop there before I am labelled a conspiracy theorist.
