    We haven't had many massive failures have we comparatively

    In terms of players we have signed for big money (relatively for us).

    If you think of other teams in the Prem our signings /success ratio must be fairly high.

    I can only think of a handful of failures over the last 10 years (I.e. Gibson, Drinkwater (Loan) etc)

    Gibson and Wells were two expensive disasters and I would love the opportunity to interview SD and ask him what went so badly wrong.

    I'd forgotten about Wells - that was a strange one!

    United seem to be the biggest offenders. they have had loads of big big signings that just haven't worked. But I think clubs like Brighton, Arsenal and Fulham must be up there too.

    Generally we seem to buy well and sell well, some good players have left here.

    On the odd occasion when I watch United, I think blinking heck, I'd forgotten they had him!
