Early season problems have returned to haunt ST FN Mirren, failing to convert chances created.I only listened to their semi v Livi on the radio but they had the bulk of possession in the 2nd half but could not get an equaliser.
This being the case i think we really should be looking at which team has the better strikers,if we do and Connolly continues in his current form we have every chance of winning this v i t a l game.

Kinda need to start Edwards if fit, would be good to see Mochrie get some game time too

The bookies and punters don’t seem to fancy united at the moment

Granted we don’t win a lot (we do draw a fair amount)

Still surprised we are 2/1 to win tomorrow and St Mirren are bookies favourites.

    Let’s prove the doubters wrong

    Come on United !!

Not sure if this is true but I'm hearing Mellon went across the road,
'guys I made too much, anyone fancy a cup of soup'
I'm hearing it went cold cos they took ages trying to work out what it was, they never seen a cup before

    I'll get my coat

Given the form of both teams this has draw written all over it. A great chance for three points if we go for it however. They're on a bit of a free fall at the moment, one win in their last seven including four defeats, so we really need to capitalise. Would be a massive three points.

At least they have been playing lately, I'd be more worried if they hadn't for a few weeks.
