    It’s a joke in terms of taxpayers money though. They don’t pay taxes as they have huge losses, but the furlough grants to that club must be massive. Costing the man in the street (who they supposedly care about deeply) an absolute fortune.

    An independent Scotland would have been in a sorry state financially paying for their own furlough scheme instead of being bailed out by the Westminster Government.

    Why so?

    Surely the money used for furlough from central funds would never have gone to Wastemonster but would have been retained in an independent Scotland and would therefore have been available for The Scottish Government's use?

    I just don't get this idea of yours that if Scotland was independent it would still send all its money to Westminster and would have none to use - it would never leave Scotland.
