As for the performance today by Kieran Gibbs, one word, awful. Surely a Premier League player should at least be able to make an effort to cross the ball with his ‘wrong’ foot? He had a number of opportunities to cross with his right but just took the easy option and passed backwards with his left. Not good enough; hopefully, Townsend will be fit enough to return soon.
Agreed, Gibbs should not start any more games, if Townsend not fit, surely someone from the youth’s team is better.

Absolutely, Gibbs was found wanting to often, hopefully Townsend will be fit , failing that left draft a youth player in, he couldn’t be any worse .

If Townsend isn't fit, why was he on the bench? The way Gibbs was playing he could have been substituted for him.

One of the worst display's I've ever seen from Albion side as I can ever remember in the first half , yes the second half was a bit better by us but in the cold light of the day we were playing Fulham for **** sake ,
