Any thoughts on George Evans leaving, Gary R seems happy with what we paid. Evans himself has said he is pleased to join the Lions, mind you he does have several pals down the Den.

Most people would be pleased to play for Millwall, because that means you don't have to play against them, risking certain injury

Claw, he started dodgily esp against Leeds where he looked lost, but under Rooney he’s sort of found his feet, as a utility player if never ‘first on the team sheet’. Derby fans are more surprised than not that we’ve let him go but it appears we needed the cash. Time will tell which club has dropped a *******

Very injury prone when he arrived. Would have been happy to see the back of him until recently but, as Andy says, he’s been much better under Rooney and most of us were a bit surprised at him being allowed to go.
Still reckon Alex Pearce is the best you’ve had from us.

I do remember 2007, when we were under wee Billy and brought in a load of players and scraped in the top 6
Having, if my memory serves me correctly, been top around this time of the season.

Thanks lads for the feedback on the Evans man, lets hope he is prepared to fight for a place and show what he can do. As for Geoff Parkstone saying players get injured playing against the Lions, never heard such a thing, maybe run into them ok. We played the Bluebirds last week and they got 3 yellow cards for tripping our guys up. We had none, I think we are trying to rise above the dirty stuff, Contain your mirth.

Great transfer window! I just hope Rooney doesn't start changing a winning team, we've seen it happen loads and is often a disaster!

A 2nd reference to Billy D by posters in this thread. It's 6 weeks short of 7 years since he last managed a club and the only job interview he's had in that time was at Hearts in 2017. It's looking very much like he has had his last management role.

Last I heard was a couple of years ago where in a press interview he was claiming there was a conspiracy against him in football which was why he hadn't got a managers job
