He didn't score though and clearly missed a 1 on 1

That's his Aberdeen training that has given him that quality, he will get rid of it though with some proper strikers training at Hamilton Accies

Even getting 1 shot on target is more than a lot of our players can do

He should have squared it, but many strikers in history make that mistake.

He didn't score, but was a constant thorn in the side of the defenders, and tested McGregor a couple of times (one leading to the equalizer).

It's easy to slate the lad, just like our other youngsters past and present who "arent good enough" - but he's did more in one 90 minutes against the league leaders than our strike force currently.

I didn't watch the game but I can guarantee that he wouldn't have the game he apparently did with absolutely no decent crosses and constant long balls.

I watched it. I didn't think he was brilliant, but you can tell there is something there with him, just needs game-time. Hamilton worked the ball into the channels well and exposed space in behind Barisic/Tavernier who were too far forward at times (with them trying to swarm over teams as they have previously). He seemed to be getting a bit of understanding with Okompoe, and they will be hoping they become a partnership.

Always looking to get the shot off, and the way he held his position on the penalty spot to get the free header in the last minute which led to the goal was classy attacking play - he was the only one that stopped whilst 3 Rangers defenders were ball watching and ran to the 6 yard line. Good strikers have that bit about them to get that space, just need the crosses as you say to find them.
