Oh and as for the wind being a problem yesterday, I have watched dozens of very windy games at Pittodrie and it should have benefited us as our players are far more used to it but there was no sign of that yesterday
There will be a few along to tell you that Shankland was fat when he was with us, don’t think there’s ever been a fat goal scorer in the history of the game. Terrible attitude too probably because he knew that no matter what he did Derek wouldn’t give him a game.

With all that tracking back, "link up play" and hoof ball? I don't think so to be honest.

Scored and man of the match on BBC thing again. Sounds like he's getting lots of chances and setting up lots of chances too.

Good for Bruce. He never got a fair crack of the whip here and it shows what can happen when a manager shows a little bit of faith in a player's ability. Not DM's finest moment letting him go when we are missing that exact thing.

The final insult was bringing the boy on for the last few minutes in his final game when we literaly had no other strikers at the club. McLennan playing up front... Anderson sitting on the bench til the last few moments when we had barely even had an attempt at goal all match. Can't even remember which game it was now because the last 10-15 games have all blurred into one they've been that bad and boring.

Just noticed in McInnes' interview on BBC that he was asked about Anderson and he replied by saying "Bruce had plenty chances with us". Crazy nonsense from a man who's totally lost the plot. The boy got about 1 start in the last 2 seasons, stuck up front on his own with balls getting battered forward about 200ft in the air.

Wouldn’t surprise me if Derek just recalls him to sit him back on the bench before Bruce can score any more. See Derek is in the evening express defending the decision to send him out on loan, to be fair with how little chances we create a natural finisher is pointless.
