    SPFL TRUST TROPHY / Rd 4 / PETERHEAD (A)

Big game coming up on Saturday 5.30pm, live on BBC Alba.
It would be nice to keep our unbeaten run in all competitions going to 12 games, currently W8 D3.
Also it's better than having a free weekend, momentum's a great thing.
There were 53 clubs entered, 16 remain incl Rangers B & The New Saints, life could get interesting!
I'm sure we will meet the Peterhead challenge in the right manner, Goodwin's not daft.

While i dont really care for this, i get the impression that JG and his squad want to do well in this, and if that helps the overall objective along, then so be it.

Not a hells chance that im chancing the likes of Moult and Gallacher, along with any other player who is carrying a knock. But games seem to be bringing Middleton and Watt along toward a performance that is expected of them, so they play.

    I’ll be watching but …

Seriously I don’t share your sentiment.

Play the youngsters, don’t risk any first teamers

Get out of the diddy cup asap !

There's a saying in football that goes along the lines of we want to win every match we play.

Which is fine. But only up to a point. I really dont get JG's obsession with this stupid Diddy competition unless he's been told by Ogren he's got to take it seriously and I doubt that's the case. So what if we win it. So what. It's a nonsense.

We have young players who should be getting their chance in these matches eg Duffy at LB, Stirton at CF, youths not even in the first team squad. If first team players start ahead of them we're getting this badly wrong unless said first team player needs 90 for fitness.

I'll watch this if DUTV can get their Nokia to take pictures 🤨
