We may be safe by then, so Birmingham could do us over.
Luckily for you Rov'Rum threw the towel in today.
You’re safe, Tricky. Even if Rotherham win all their four games in hand, which they won’t, they still won’t catch you.
We, on the other hand, remain in the mire. Thank God for Wycombe today but the Wednesday resurgence is a worry.

I must admit, I'm surprised at Rov'rum. I thought them to be more of a fight to the death outfit. Losing to Wycombe was something I certainly didn't see coming.

I've told you Tricky you're top six next season, got the right manager!

Not that I'd doubt your judgment. But I think close season sees another mass exodus. I'd love to see the ManU kid Garner get a season loan, but I think he'll be moved on. He looks something special at 18 and he's too good for us.
Goals have been our Achilles all season. That costs money to put right. I don't think we have it.

I'd have loved us to have gotten Hughton. He'll get forest challenging - if - the Forest board don't kick him out for a form dip on the way.

It's all about improving what you have, developing strategies to suit those players and then filling holes with appropriate incomings. The latter may require funds but can be achieved within a reasonable budget by the quality of your scouting/recruitment setup and the Manager's clear vision of what is required. Sometimes the budget can be/may have to be supplemented by sales of your 'stars' but again the right manager will have developed the skills to work round what is the 'norm' at this level.
To me Hughton ticks all those boxes and, like Adi, he would have been my first choice to replace Cocu!

Agree 100%. Unfortunately I think the last manager we had who understood that, or was able to put it into practice, was Jim Smith.
