Hindsight is a wonderful thing but at the time I thought he'd made the third substitution too early, especially given the conditions.

As it is, though, he deserves credit (I feel dirty even writing that) for the way the team responded, particularly after going down to 9 men.

I agree about the sub. And it was the wrong one. ASM was an outlet we needed given the situation.

That split second must have made all the difference to Bruce's 90mins + stoppage time.

I thought ASM was struggling after the knock(s) he received earlier. he needed to go off to lessen the chance of aggravating whatever was bothering him. he looked like he was in pain a few times
