Well why not , 5th round of the FA cup , home to one of the PL's elite bunch and live on the beeb .

With the times we are living in a bit of cheer , nostalgia and a small dose of hope we need to keep our spirits up , well at least until KO time on Thursday night .

All I want to see is ourselves having a good go , playing football like we are capable of when allowed and providing the nation with a good old fashioned humdinger of a cup tie .

Anything else is an absolute bonus .

I wonder just how many in this current Chelsea team including the new HC know what this competition is all about .

A pudding of a pitch , no fans , devoid of atmosphere and Andersen and Helik crunching in to them , could be a motivational issue for some of these bright young things .

Absolutely no motivation issues with us .

They weren't up for it in 2008 , that's despite a 22k crowd and having John Terry , Joe Cole , Wayne Bridge and Shaun Wright-Phillips in the team that night , Avram Grant was like a rabbit in the headlights .
