    Game day - Kilmarnock

It seems that Kilmarnock has escaped the worst of the snow.

    Same starting eleven?

We've been utter rubbish and it's only the fact Kilmarnock are equally bad that's prevented us being slaughtered this half. On the other hand, Cole has had the only chance worthy of the name.

Crawford and Carroll (initially at least, he has settled) have been Lamie-esque. It's hard to see us playing another 45 like this without throwing in at least one goal costing error.

A poor game but a massive three points in the end from another Campbell goal. I’ll take that thanks very much!

The goal machine that is Alan Campbell....a massive 3 points tonight.

Well fair play, I did not see us defending as well as we did - Lamie and Mugabi, in this sort of game, excel, they just won header after header after header.

Killie looked like us in losing 0-1 at home - 70% of possession, only one clear chance, the injury-time header, while we could have had three despite being rubbish and hardly in the game. Happy day.

Oh and if Watt had found the far corner with the outside of his right foot to cap the move started in our own six-yard box you could have ended the goal of the decade competition tonight!

A complete reversal to the kind of game we were losing early in the season. Still, the important thing was to win and it was satisfying that tonight was the re-arranged cancelled game. It would be small consolation to them that they improved marginally on the originally awarded 3-0 loss. That result will take some pressure off us.

Good summary - the win does give us a bit of breathing space though I'm pleased to see that our the manager doesn't buy the 'breathing space' bit. That's the right professional attitude, and it's good to hear it.

We were absolutely honkin'. Alexander has got an enormous job on his hands. Good luck to him.

Robinson took 17 points out of a possible 60, Alexander has taken 11 out of a possible 21points. He may have an enormous job on his hands but for someone who is just in the door IMO he is doing not a bad job. It will be interesting to see how he sets the team up for Accies game. COYW
