Nelms won't do anything. Even if he did, could we rely on him picking a decent replacement? I suspect not.

Agree with you about Nelms, Tim Keys is the one that makes the big decisions.
We have signed some decent players, but never seem to be well organised, mcpake was a good captain for us, but not as a manager.
