Not sure why folks think the thread should be closed, been as many posts here as in many match day threads, and if it encouraged (because if the lack of juvenile vitriol), others to resume posting, what's wrong with that? And if it doesn't, but gets more posts from those who already contribute, again what's so wrong about that?Well, I am of the opinion that it may be time to close this thread. But as I say it is my opinion.
As we are a democratic forum we will go by what the majority would like.
So chaps and chapesses have a think and say what you would prefer "open" or "close".
We will have a count up about Wednesday or Thursday and go with the majority.
As for banning people....well if I banned people every time someone wanted me to then I think it would emnd up with me and Orgs

Don’t generally see the point in locking threads unless descended into animosity - this one seems fine (Actually some pretty constructive comments) so would leave open but not that bothered either way.
