    Diange

A beast he may be, but has no composure in front of goal, ( see Man Utd last week and Burnley today) looks like he needs 4 chances to score 1 goal, a Bob Taylor or Kevin Phillips he is most certainly not.
Looks a Championship player at best, probably do well next season when we get more chances to score.

He should have scored more - I agree! That said he’s twice the player of Grant, Zohore, Austin and the Welsh International. He does not get shoved off the ball and wins most challenges!

To think after seeing him and Okay who was solid makes you weep when 36 million was wasted on two championship players!

Agree totally, he just needs to work on his composure, that might come with more confidence next season

Reminds me a bit of Rondon who huffed and puffed but couldn't hit a barn door from 5 paces.

But then again Tipp - Rondon played well at Newcastle and was loved by their fans! Perhaps it comes down to s hite service again. Personally, Rondon did not float my boat but twice the player of Austin, Zohore, Grant and the Welsh International.

I agree though Diagne does huff and puff a little but at least he tackles and looks dangerous. Perhaps if Pereira took one decent corner in 6, passed the ball more, and his passes were pinpoint - then Diagne could do better!

That is why it is so important to not just blame Lai for everything (although still need a better owner).

We have wasted so much money both on players but also agents, wages etc. For a club our size it is make or break on recruitment and unfortunately so often we have messed up.

If we had a forward that guaranteed a 50 % score rate out of all chances, I’d sign him up asap.

If Lai sells up the first person who should be thrown out is Dowling!

Which of course, is the reason he is out on loan. Good players are rarely loaned out. Look at those we have out on loan. It's okay getting a loan player in from a higher division otherwise disappointment is likely.
