    Rams trio to "Moan Yew"....

..... rumour rears it ugly head again. This time on footballleagueworld dot com they also use the Kaide Gordon sale as "proof" of DCFC having to sell it's gems on the cheap.

Kaide Gordon was offered a contract which he didn't sign and could have gone to Liverpool for virtually nothing. This report from FLW makes it sound like a fire sale. It was nothing of the sort. The lad wanted to go to Liverpool and there was little to nothing Derby could do other than try to get the best possible deal. The "3 to ManU" story isn't new either. Last month it was rumoured to be Knight, Sibley and Buchanan. Now it's 3 15 year olds from the Academy for a total of £750K. IMO it's no more than journalists needing to fill their quota and, in the absence of real facts, they create some.....

Are sports jurnalists now taking leaves out of the BJ book on responsible journalism?

Just more ‘fake news’, MA. A little irritating when it’s about football, particularly your club...much more dangerous and sinister when it’s about politics and vaccines.

I think that ship sailed a long time ago, factual evidence based, descriptive reporting has virtually gone, even match reports are half opinion these days.
