After one as a present. 20 cm blade . I don't want to go overboard as they go up to 200 quid and more. anyone got a decent one, and how much.?

Crash, i bought the wife some Pro Cook X50 at xmas, excellent knifes and not over the top price wise. Some good deals on at moment too. Be careful though otherwise you will end up missing a finger as theyre sharp.lol
