Most of the Sheffield ones are made in China now, almost all of Richardsons are.

I think Taylors Eye Witness still make some of their knives in Sheffield, at a premium price.

EDIT: There you go, made in Sheffield chef knife, limited edition, £310, would make a good gift actually, but not exactly cheap.
