    I had a Rover 216, it suffered badly from running on. One particular day I had put it in the garage and got through the front door before the engine actually stopped.

    ....yeh the running on, blamed on the fuel mixture being too rich when in fact they were just s.hit cars. Unless you've been chased by one being the cops....then 3500's could shift in their day. Almost wrapped one up at the bottom of Carr House Hill as I wasn't use to the 'power steering' they had newly installed in them. What an invention that was!

    The Mojave desert is even easier to pass off as Mars than the Moon.
    Not manned so covid friendly
    Everyone is bored and looking for a good news story

    To be fair to NASA This stunt ticks all the boxes and it's a good effort so far
