    Queens v Dunfermilne

I looked in dread at the fixture list around 6 weeks ago and if was told we would only lose one of them , I would have laughed. In typical Queens fashion that one defeat was against the bottom of the table Alloa while teams like Dundee and ICT have both been beaten , away at that. We have possibly rode our luck a bit recently but fortune favours the brave as they say and we will take it as long as possible . Important players have been unavailable in recent weeks and hopefully one at least will be back this Saturday, even though the guys deputising have been superb. About time we beat The Pars at Palmerston so let's do it. Got the game booked to watch on daughters iPad. Cant wait .

Another massive game for Queens. Despite recent form I’d gladly take a point right now. Another 3 points would just be incredible but most welcome.

We didn’t turn up the first half but put on a better performance in the 2nd. Oor Wullie continuing his fine form and proving his doubters wrong.... 10 points from a possible 12 against Hearts , Inverness , Dundee and Dunfermline is something nobody predicted.

    Onwards and upwards

The remarkable turnaround continues. Not the most exciting game that will be talked about for years to come but so many performances to be impressed by in fact every single player should be proud of their efforts. It shows how competitive the league is when that much effort is needed to win 1-0 but certainly deserved on the second half showing at least when we snuffed out Dunfermline with relative ease. A rare commodity in any Queens team.
For limited supply both Joseph and Mebude made a great effort with Dapo showing great strength and loads of skill as the game wore on. McGrory looked more assured and East worked his socks off again and was unlucky with his flicked header. I loved the recovery run of Jones as the Pars broke when Gibson was booked. He covered one side and then blitzed to the other side with a thunderous yet perfectly timed tackle to stop the break in its track. What a great signing. It is this selfless effort in evidence all over the pitch that is so pleasing. It is all about the team. Well done to all involved.
On to Arbroath the new most important game of the season.
